TransDigm to buy Stellant Systems for $960 million

Dec 31 (Reuters) - TransDigm ( TDG ) ‌said on Wednesday

that ‍it ⁠would ⁠buy ‌Stellant Systems, ⁠a ‍portfolio company of

Arlington Capital ‍Partners, for about $960 ‍million in cash,

including certain tax benefits.
