05:32 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Frederik Wilhelm Mohn, Director, on November 24, 2025, executed a purchase for 1,500,000 shares in Transocean ( RIG ) for $6,030,000. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Mohn has control over a total of 96,597,042 registered shares of the company, with 22,148 shares held directly and 96,574,894 controlled indirectly.
