05:44 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Transocean ( RIG ) said late Wednesday early tender results showed about $89.0 million of its 7.35% senior notes due December 2041 was validly tendered in its cash tender offer.

The company said the early results also showed about $120.6 million of its 7.00% notes due June 2028 was validly tendered.

All 2041 notes were fully accepted, while the acceptance for 2028 notes was prorated at about 13.17%, Transocean ( RIG ) said.

The company also said it has increased the combined purchase to $100 million from $50 million in the tender offer.
