05:36 AM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Travel + Leisure ( TNL ) and Allegiant (ALGT) said late Tuesday they had completed a multi-year agreement to share their promotional offerings with each other's customers.

Allegiant, a leisure travel-focused airline, has more than 15 million Allways Rewards members while Travel + Leisure ( TNL ), a travel club, has more than 4.3 million members.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
