04:07 PM EST, 11/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- William H Heyman, Vice Chairman, on November 25, 2025, sold 4,000 shares in Travelers Companies ( TRV ) for $1,178,010. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Heyman has control over a total of 259,302 common shares of the company, with 255,086 shares held directly and 4,217 controlled indirectly.
