Travelzoo Authorizes Share Buyback Program

10:56 AM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Travelzoo ( TZOO ) said Tuesday its board has authorized the repurchase of up to 1 million of its outstanding common shares.

The company said it will finance the repurchase from its available cash.

Shares of the company were up more than 11% in recent trading.

Price: 9.29, Change: +0.93, Percent Change: +11.12
