08:12 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Treatment.com AI ( TREIF ) on Tuesday said it agreed to acquire Alea Health for US$415,000 in cash and shares.

Treatment.com will pay US$315,000 in cash and US$100,000 in shares for UAE-based Alea Health, which builds AI infrastructure for primary and mental health care.

Alea Health has developed an online therapy platform that uses AI tools to address mental health challenges. The platform incorporates conversational AI and voice technology to optimize patient intake and follow-up processes.
