TreeHouse Foods Renews Stock Buyback Plan

07:31 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TreeHouse Foods ( THS ) said Wednesday the board has authorized a $400 million stock buyback plan, which retains its current $150 million annual cap.

The company can immediately start buying back its shares, it added.
