Trex CFO Brenda Lovcik to Step Down; Q2 Revenue Guidance Maintained

04:54 PM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trex (TREX) said Brenda Lovcik resigned as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 5.

Lovcik accepted a position in Minnesota, closer to her family, Trex said Wednesday in a statement.

Chief Executive Officer Bryan Fairbanks will assume the CFO role on an interim basis.

Trex said it's on track to achieve Q2 revenue guidance of $370 million to $380 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $377.5 million.

Trex shares fell 1.8% in after-hours trading.
