Trex Q2 Adjusted Earnings Decline, Net Sales Increase; Reaffirms 2025 Guidance

04:29 PM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trex (TREX) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.73 per diluted share, down from $0.80 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.71.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $387.8 million, up from $376.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $377.6 million.

The company said it expects Q3 sales to be between $295 million and $305 million. Analysts expect $303.4 million.

The company also reaffirmed its full year 2025 guidance at 5% to 7% revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA margin to exceed 31%.

Shares of the company fell 3.6% in recent after-hours activity.
