Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.07.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.13 billion, up from $827.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.05 billion.

Shares of the homebuilder were down more than 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
