08:23 AM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tribe Property Technologies ( TRPTF ) said Wednesday it is raising about $1.1 million in an upsized private placement.

The company plans to use the proceeds to retire debt payments and reduce payables.

The offering comprises up to 2,092,081 units priced at $0.52 apiece. Each unit will consist of one share and one-half of a warrant. Each warrant is exercisable at $0.82 per share for five years.

Tribe's CEO, CFO, EVP and board members are expected to participate in the financing, the company said.
