Tribe Property Technologies Sees Big Increase In Revenue From GTA In The First Half Of 2025
Aug 21, 2025 6:06 AM

08:50 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tribe Property Technologies ( TRPTF ) on Thursday reported that it expects a big rise in revenue for the first six months of 2025 compared to the prior year from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

For the first six-month period ending June 30, the company expects revenue of $8.04 million in the GTA region, compared with $2.21 million, in the prior-year period. It said its growth has been driven by both strategic acquisitions and organic expansion.

"In less than two years, we have grown to manage approximately 20,000 homes," said Tribe Chief Executive Joseph Nakhla. "It demonstrates both the tremendous opportunity in the GTA and the broader potential of Tribe's technology-driven property management model across Canada."

The GTA portfolio currently represents about 50% of its total revenue. It said it is actively pursuing further M&A opportunities and expects "additional growth in the GTA market throughout the remainder of 2025."

Final financial statements for the period will be released on August 28.

TRBE was unchanged at $0.36 in Canada yesterday.
