12:28 PM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tribe Property Technologies ( TRPTF ) shares were up 14% at last look after the company on Wednesday launched its Rental Investment Management Programs, designed to help developers and private equity investors generate cash flow from unsold condominium inventory amid a slower sales market.

The new platform allows developers to convert unsold condos into stabilized rental assets under managed, revenue-sharing, or guaranteed arrangements.

The program includes a Rental Association option, where rental proceeds from multiple units are pooled and distributed to owners. Additionally, it offers a Developer Rental Guarantee that secures rental income for 12 months post-handover, as well as a consultation service to assist with converting condo projects into rental communities. Tribe said the suite of services aims to ease carrying costs and reduce vacancy risk for developers facing sluggish absorption rates.

"By providing guaranteed rental income, pooling mechanisms that stabilize returns, and full-service consultation on condo-to-rental conversions, we are helping clients protect margins, reduce vacancy, and generate cash flow in a challenging market," chief executive Joseph Nakhla said.
