Trident Digital Tech Closes $2.6 Million PIPE Funding to Expand DRC Pass in Congo

09:52 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trident Digital Tech ( TDTH ) said Tuesday it has closed a private investment in public equity funding for about $2.6 million in gross proceeds.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds to expand and commercialize the DRC Pass national digital identification system in Congo.

Shares of the company were marginally up in early Tuesday trading.
