Trident Digital Tech Collaborates With Silkoo Dutyfree, Haitu Trade for Business Growth, Operational Efficiency

10:46 AM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trident Digital Tech ( TDTH ) said Wednesday it has partnered with Silkoo Dutyfree and Haitu Trade for data analytics, strategic planning, supply chain optimization, platform integration, and enhancing client experience.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Trident said it will combine its Tridentity digital identity platform with Silkoo's e-commerce offering and Haitu's cosmetics and beauty product expertise.

Silkoo Dutyfree is a Southeast Asian e-commerce retailer, while Haitu is a specialized beauty and cosmetics e-commerce entity.

Trident shares were up 7.8% in recent Wednesday trading.
