01:04 PM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Trident Digital Tech Holdings ( TDTH ) completed its initial public offering of 1.8 million American depositary shares at $5 apiece, raising $9 million.

Underwriters have an option, exercisable within 45 days from the date of the final prospectus, to purchase up to 270,000 additional ADSs, Trident Digital ( TDTH ) said Wednesday in a statement.

The company debuted on Nasdaq on Tuesday.
