Triller Group Reorganizes Into 3 Main Units

10:56 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Triller Group ( ILLR ) plans to reorganize into three "interconnected core" units -- fintech and financial services, social media and combat sports -- following a review.

"An accelerated six-month timeline for development, financing, and rapid scaling" of the three core units is planned, the company said Monday in a statement.

The company will focus on strategic acquisitions and partnerships for the rest of 2025, while "minimizing and eliminating any legacy liabilities," according to the statement.
