07:42 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trillion Energy International ( TRLEF ) over the weekend said it will issue 7.7 million common shares at $0.05 apiece to settle $386,295 in debt owed to its directors, officers and consultants.

The 3.9 million common shares being issued will be subject to a lockup of four months and one day.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.040 on Friday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
