11:47 AM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TriMas ( TRS ) said Wednesday it named Herbert K. Parker as board chair, succeeding Samuel Valenti III, who plans to retire, effective at the company's annual shareholder meeting in May.

Parker has served as a board member since 2015, the company said.
