TriMas Increases Share Buyback Authorization to $150 Million

08:45 AM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TriMas ( TRS ) said Friday that its board has increased its total share repurchase authorization to $150 million.

The current authorization adds to the $65.4 million remaining under the previous authorization, TriMas ( TRS ) added.

Shares of the company were up over 1% in Friday premarket activity.
