08:30 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TriMas ( TRS ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.61 per diluted share, up from $0.43 a year earlier.
Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.48.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $274.8 million, up from $240.5 million a year earlier.
One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $250.1 million.
The company said it now expects 2025 adjusted earnings in the range of $1.95 to $2.10, higher than $1.70 to $1.85 guided previously. Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.83.
TriMas ( TRS ) estimated 2025 consolidated sales growth to be between 8% to 10%, as compared to full year 2024, higher than the previously provided sales growth range of 4% to 6%.
Shares of the company were up 12% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
