TriMas to Sell Aerospace Unit to Tinicum for $1.45 Billion

08:53 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TriMas ( TRS ) said Tuesday it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell TriMas Aerospace to Tinicum in an all-cash deal valued at about $1.45 billion.

The purchase price represents an enterprise value multiple of roughly 18x the last 12 months' Q3 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. The deal is expected to close by the end of Q1 2026.
