09:20 AM EDT, 03/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trimble (TRMB) said Wednesday it has received a deficiency notification from Nasdaq stating that it is not in compliance with a listing rule due to a failure to timely file its annual report on Form 10-K for the period ended Jan. 3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of its shares, the company said, adding it has 60 days after the notice to file a plan to regain compliance with the requirement.

Trimble said it will take the necessary steps to regain compliance with the listing rule as soon as possible.
