Trimble Receives Nasdaq Deficiency Notice for Failure to File Quarterly Report

08:03 AM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Trimble (TRMB) said Friday it received a Nasdaq deficiency notification letter indicating that the company was out of compliance with rules requiring timely submission of its quarterly 10-Q report for the period ended March 29.

The company has 60 days to come into compliance and may be granted an additional 180 calendar days. The company said it has continued to "work diligently" to file its 10-Q report and regain compliance as soon as practicable.
