Trimble's Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls; 2024 Outlook Updated

07:53 AM EST, 11/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Trimble (TRMB) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.70 per diluted share, up from $0.68 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.62.

Total revenue for the quarter was $875.8 million, down from $957.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $864.5 million.

The company expects Q4 non-GAAP EPS in the range of $0.83 to $0.91. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.88. Revenue for the quarter is expected to be in the range of $925 million to $965 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $942.8 million.

For 2024, the company said it now expects non-GAAP EPS to be in the range of $2.79 to $2.87, compared with the prior range of $2.67 to $2.81. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $2.75. Revenue for the year is now projected to be in the range of $3.63 billion to $3.67 billion, compared with $3.59 billion to $3.67 billion previously. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $3.63 billion.
