09:09 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TriNet Group ( TNET ) said Wednesday it has appointed Mala Murthy as its executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Nov. 28.

Murthy succeeds Kelly Tuminelli, who will serve as a special advisor to the company's chief executive officer from Nov. 28 through March 16, 2026, the company said.

Murthy was previously the CFO of Teladoc Health ( TDOC ) , TriNet Group ( TNET ) said.

Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
