08:03 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TriNet Group ( TNET ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.11 per diluted share, down from $1.17 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.23 billion, compared with $1.25 billion a year earlier.

The company reaffirmed its 2025 adjusted EPS guidance of $3.25 to $4.75 on revenue of $4.95 billion to $5.14 billion.

Shares of the company were up 2.5% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
