04:56 PM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trinity Biotech ( TRIB ) received a Nasdaq noncompliance notification for not meeting the regulator's minimum bid price requirement of $1 a share for continued listing.

The deadline for regaining compliance is Sept. 10, the company said Friday in a statement.

The notice has no immediate impact on the American depositary share listing, the company said.
