05:16 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Trinseo ( TSE ) said late Monday its subsidiaries Trinseo Luxco Finance SPV and Trinseo NA Finance SPV have launched a private offer to exchange $447 million of outstanding 5.125% senior notes due 2029 for new 7.625% second lien senior secured notes due 2029.

Holders will be eligible to receive $850 of new notes for each $1,000 of existing notes validly tendered, the company said.

The exchange offer will expire on Jan. 15, 2025.
