Trinseo Suspends Quarterly Dividend

04:29 PM EDT, 10/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trinseo ( TSE ) said its board voted to suspend the quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share indefinitely.

The move is expected to save $1.5 million annually, the company said Friday in a regulatory filing.

Trinseo ( TSE ) shares fell 1.5% in after-hours trading Friday after a halt earlier in the regular session.
