05:26 PM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Triple Flag Precious Metals ( TFPM ) said Thursday it appointed Sheldon Vanderkooy as chief executive.

Vanderkooy succeeds Shaun Usmar, who is leaving the company effective Thursday.

The company also appointed Eban Bari as chief financial officer and James Dendle as chief operating officer, starting Thursday.
