09:57 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC ( TPVG ) said Friday its chief financial officer, Christopher Mathieu, plans to retire, effective Aug. 9.

Mathieu will remain as an adviser until Dec. 31, to ensure a smooth transition, the company said, adding that it has started looking for a new CFO with the help of an executive search firm.

TriplePoint said it will release its Q2 financial results after market close on Aug. 7.
