Trisura Launching a Normal Course Issuer Bid

11:17 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Specialty insurance provider Trisura Group ( TRRSF ) says the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted its notice to make a Normal Course Issuer Bid.

Trisura ( TRRSF ) may, from Dec. 6, for one year, buy back and cancel up to 1.43-million of its shares, 3% of its outstanding shares.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.16 to $40.67 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Price: 40.62, Change: -0.24, Percent Change: -0.59
