Oct 10 (Reuters) - Brookfield Asset Management's ( BAM )
funds have agreed to buy European logistics real
estate firm Tritax EuroBox ( TTAXF ) for 1.1 billion pounds
($1.44 billion), including debt, the companies said on Thursday.
Tritax EuroBox ( TTAXF ), which last month agreed a similar deal with
British warehouser Segro ( SEGXF ), said it planned to withdraw
its backing for the Segro ( SEGXF ) offer and support the Brookfield bid
instead.
