12:38 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Triumph Financial ( TFIN ) has formed a strategic relationship with global logistics provider C.H. Robinson ( CHRW ) to offer payment processing service to the transportation industry, the companies said Monday.

C.H. Robinson ( CHRW ) agreed to initially join Triumph's TriumphPay Network, a payments platform for freight brokers, factors, shippers and carriers in the North American trucking industry.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Shares of Triumph Financial ( TFIN ) climbed nearly 6% in recent trading. Shares of C.H. Robinson ( CHRW ) rose over 2%.
