Triumph Group Delays Reporting Fiscal Q2 Results Citing Settlement With Boeing Commercial Airplanes

10:07 AM EST, 11/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Triumph Group's ( TGI ) shares were up nearly 4% in recent Monday trading after the company said Sunday it would postpone reporting its fiscal Q2 financial results, originally expected Monday, following a pricing settlement with Boeing's ( BA ) unit Boeing Commercial Airplanes, related to Triumph's Interiors unit.

The aerospace services supplier said it now plans to report its fiscal Q2 financial results Nov. 12.

Triumph said it expects to revise its fiscal 2025 guidance based on the settlement terms.

Price: 14.25, Change: +0.52, Percent Change: +3.79
