08:11 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Troilus Gold ( CHXMF ) , which lost 8.3% on Monday, said on Tuesday that it awarded BBA, a Canadian engineering consulting firm, the contract for basic and detailed engineering work for the copper and gold Troilus Project, located in north-central Quebec, Canada.

Troilus said BBA's responsibilities will include the development of on-site infrastructure, designing an optimized process plant to maximize efficiency, and preparing detailed technical specifications to facilitate procurement activities.

The work program is expected to commence in early February.
