07:41 AM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Troilus Gold ( CHXMF ) reported Tuesday the latest drill results from its 2025 drill campaign at the Troilus gold project in Quebec, including a record intercept at the Southwest Zone.

Results include 2.44 grams per tonne (g/t) gold equivalent over 56 meters at the Southwest zone, the company's best intercept drilled to date in the area.

"We are very encouraged by the latest results from the Southwest Zone, which will be the first area mined when production begins," CEO Justin Reid said.

Results also include 1.22 g/t gold equivalent over 51 meters and 0.97 g/t gold equivalent over 73 meters.

"As the campaign progresses, we look forward to sharing more results that continue to improve confidence of the block model, de-risk the early production years, and enhance the overall development plan for the Troilus project," Reid said.
