09:01 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TRUBAR ( TRBRF ) , a snacking company focused on delivering plant-based protein products, Friday said it continues to build momentum executing its strategy and provided some business and corporate developments.
The company said it entered a partnership with Universal to launch an exclusive, co-branded snack ahead of Universal Pictures' highly anticipated Wicked: For Good, in theaters November 21. It has also planned a national retail launch in 2026 for its TRUBAR Kids line of allergy-friendly, nut-free bars.
The company said TRUBAR ( TRBRF ) is now available in 1,600 Target locations, an addition of 500 stores since launch.
"We continue to focus on scaling our business for profitable growth and remain on track to deliver and reconfirm full year 2025 guidance for net revenue in the range of $65 to $70 million," said TRUBAR ( TRBRF ) cheif executive Erica Groussman.
TRUBAR ( TRBRF ) also announced that it and certain affiliates entered into a settlement agreement with Daniel E. Straffi, Chapter 7 Trustee for the bankruptcy estate of PureKana, to provide for mutual releases of its and the Trustee in connection with the Estate. The company has agreed to pay the Trustee $3.15 million inclusive of the Estate's interest in TRUBAR's ( TRBRF ) former NO BS LLC operating segment.
Shares of the company closed down 1.2% to $0.85 Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
