12:30 PM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TruGolf Holdings ( TRUG ) said Friday it signed a letter of intent for a strategic collaboration with D3 Sports Tech to develop innovative, gamified experiences for its golf and multisport arcade platforms.

The partnership will integrate skills-based wagering and advanced player analytics to deliver immersive, data-driven virtual gameplay beyond traditional on-course experiences, TruGolf Holdings ( TRUG ) said.
