TruGolf Signs Franchise Development Deal for Chicago Suburbs and Northwest Indiana

10:54 AM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TruGolf's ( TRUG ) unit TruGolf Links Franchising said Thursday it signed a development deal that includes the rights to open 80 locations in the surrounding Chicago suburbs and in Northwest Indiana, either owned or franchised.

The deal will be led by entrepreneurs Bob Early and Ron Rzansa, the golf simulator software and hardware provider said.

Early and Rzansa are identifying a site for the flagship location in the Joliet, Illinois area, and also considering franchise candidates, the company said.

TruGolf ( TRUG ) shares were up 4.6% in recent trading.
