Truist Financial to Redeem $1 Billion of Notes

05:14 PM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Truist Financial ( TFC ) said Tuesday it will redeem all outstanding $1 billion of floating rate senior notes due 2025 on the redemption date of June 9.

The redemption price will be principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest.
