Truist Financial's Q3 Earnings, Revenue Rise

06:28 AM EDT, 10/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Truist Financial ( TFC ) reported Q3 earnings Thursday of $0.97 per diluted share, up from $0.80 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.90.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $5.14 billion, up from 4.93 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $5.11 billion.
