Trump Announces 100% Tariff on 'Any and All' Movies Made Outside of United States

09:24 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- US President Donald Trump said Monday on his verified Truth Social account he will impose a 100% tariff on 'any and all movies made outside of the United States.'

Trump said the movie making business 'has been stolen' by other countries, with the state of California being particularly "hard hit."
