Feb 7 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump is

considering allowing Japan's Nippon Steel ( NISTF ) to complete

its $14.9 billion buyout of United States Steel ( X ), CBS News

reported on Friday.

Approval of the transaction is not definite, and Trump has

not made a final decision, it reported citing sources.
