09:22 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media and Technology ( DJT ) said Monday it has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF.

The company, which operates the social media platform Truth Social, said the ETF will hold bitcoin and ether directly and will have 75% of the assets in bitcoin and 25% in ether.

The company's shares were rising more than 2% in recent premarket activity.
