Trump Media Closes Cronos Purchase Agreement With Crypto.com

08:57 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media and Technology Group ( DJT ) said Friday it closed a purchase agreement with Crypto.com to buy 684.4 million Cronos tokens.

Under the deal, the company purchased CRO at about $0.153 per token in a transaction equally split between cash and stock, Trump Media ( DJT ) said.

Both the exchanged CRO tokens and Trump Media ( DJT ) shares will be subject to a lockup period, the company added.
