07:19 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) shares were up more than 1% in Monday's premarket activity, following an apparent assassination attempt Sunday on the company's namesake, former US President Donald Trump.

The FBI said it is investigating "what appears to be an attempted assassination" of Trump at his Florida golf club. Trump was not injured in the incident, according to media reports.
