08:56 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) and TAE Technologies said Wednesday they are no longer pursuing a previously discussed spin-off of certain Trump Media ( DJT ) assets, including Truth Social, into a new publicly traded company.

Under the spin-off discussions, the media assets would then have been merged with Texas Ventures Acquisition III ( TVA ) following the closing of the merger between Trump Media ( DJT ) and TAE, the companies said.

Trump Media ( DJT ) and TAE said they remain focused on completing their previously announced merger, with a target closing in Q4 2026 or sooner.
